Qualifications

• Strong leadership and communication skills essential for supervising crews on civil works.
• Ability to read and interpret site plans, blueprints, and MoTI/MMCD specifications.
• Experience in field layout, grading, curb and gutter, and utility installation is valuable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site operations and ensure work orders, scope, and timelines are understood by the crew.
• Lead daily crew instructions, coordinate equipment, materials, and subcontractors to meet schedules.
• Monitor progress, ensure quality standards, address deficiencies, and implement NCRs.
• Train and develop crew members and enforce safety practices informed by OH&S procedures.
• Manage equipment maintenance, daily pre-trips, and fuel/logistics; maintain accurate daily records and timesheets.
• Maintain site safety through planning, daily plans, and PPE compliance.
