Top Notch Roofing in Chilliwack, BC, is hiring a Site Coordinator to connect the Production Manager with field crews. You will oversee 3–4 active job sites, run daily huddles, confirm materials and work orders, and ensure every crew member knows what needs to be done each day.

This hands-on role focuses on keeping jobs on schedule, directing daily work, and providing clear site direction without people-management responsibilities. Compensation is CAD 26–30/hr with full-time hours and BC benefits.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Comfort with field tech like ClockShark and SiteDocs.
• Sound judgment with ability to direct crews.
• Roofing/trades experience is an asset but not required.

Responsibilities

• Confirm the daily job site plan before the crew arrives.
• Review work orders and material orders prepared by our admin team.
• Run pre- and post-job huddles independently.
• Enforce safety compliance and ensure daily forms are completed.
• Approve daily crew time using ClockShark.
• Flag issues to the Production Manager the same day -- no surprises.
• Manage 3-4 active job sites simultaneously.

Top Notch Roofing, a well-established roofing company in Chilliwack, BC, is hiring a Site Coordinator to be the connective link between our Production Manager and our field crews. You'll oversee 3-4 active job sites, run daily huddles, confirm materials and work orders, and make sure every crew member knows exactly what needs to get done each day.

This is a hands-on execution and organization role focused on keeping jobs on schedule and ensuring crews have clear direction. This is not a people-management position -- you'll be directing crews clearly, coordinating daily work, and keeping each site running smoothly.

What You'll Do
