The ideal candidate brings a four-year degree and 15 years of contract-management experience, with proven expertise in RFP/RFQ processes, risk mitigation, and mining-industry contexts.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree and 15+ years' experience in contracts, subcontracts, and procurement.
• Proficient in RFP/RFQ processes for large industrial projects.
• Skilled in developing compensation models (cost-reimbursable, lump sum, unit price).
• Strong negotiation and contract-terms expertise.

Responsibilities

• Handle high-level claim reviews and settlements.
• Coordinate with project teams to protect interests and reduce risks.
• Lead contract negotiations and foster teamwork.
• Oversee the entire contract process, including claims and close-out.
• Develop and manage budgets for individual contracts.
