Job summary

Job description

Our Global client is in search of an experienced Senior Contract Manager to lead procurement and contract management activities for high-value corporate vendors. This role is ideal for a seasoned contracts professional who thrives in complex, heavy-industry environments and has deep experience negotiating and managing enterprise-level agreements with major professional services and corporate suppliers.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end contract management for corporate procurement, including drafting, negotiating, and administering complex MSAs and related agreements with vendors such as professional services, HR, and advisory firms
• Partner with internal stakeholders across legal, procurement, finance, and business units to ensure contracts align with commercial objectives, risk tolerance, and compliance requirements
• Manage vendor relationships post-award, overseeing contract performance, renewals, amendments, and dispute resolution as needed

Qualifications:

• Extensive contracts and procurement experience within heavy industry environments such as manufacturing, oil & gas, mining, or similar sectors
• Proven background as a senior contracts resource handling corporate procurement agreements, including MSAs with large global vendors (e.g., consulting, audit, HR, and professional services firms)
• Relevant education and professional certifications in contract management, procurement, law, or a related discipline

Pay: $100-130 per/hour

Must be available to go on-site in downtown Vancouver three days per week.
