Job summary

Aecon Concessions is seeking a Scheduler to support development and maintenance of comprehensive project schedules across project life cycles in a site-based role in Edmonton, AB. The Scheduler reports to the Scheduling Manager and works with project teams to ensure on-time delivery.

You will build schedules using Primavera P6, integrate with budgets and resources, and produce standard reports such as Bar Charts and S-curves while facilitating inclusion across teams.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of scheduling and planning experience.
• Proficient in Primavera P6 and Excel.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate, monitor, and maintain detailed project schedules per the execution plan.
• Develop bid schedules in coordination with cost estimates.
