Job summary

OCL Group Inc. is seeking a highly organized Project Controls Specialist/Scheduler for a major Western Canada construction project.

This field-based role will report to the Project Manager and focus on developing, maintaining, and analyzing critical-path schedules using Primavera P6. You will work with superintendents, project coordinators and management to ensure accurate progress tracking, forecasting and KPI reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience leading project controls for construction projects.
• Proven ability to develop, maintain and analyze CMP/critical path schedules.
• Experience in progress tracking, forecasting and KPI reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and manage detailed project schedules for multiple phases.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineering, procurement, and subcontractors.
• Monitor progress, identify delays, and recommend mitigations.
• Prepare schedule reports, dashboards, and client presentations.
• Ensure schedules comply with contractual obligations and company standards.
