Job summary

Aecon Group Inc. is seeking a Sr. Planner to develop and maintain complex project schedules for major civil initiatives. You will coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure on-time delivery and data integrity across the project lifecycle.

With 7–10 years of planning experience and advanced knowledge of Primavera P6 and other tools, you will lead scheduling efforts, drive performance, and support project controls in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferably Civil) or equivalent experience.
• 7–10 years of planning experience on heavy civil projects.
• Proven ability to plan, schedule, and manage complex programs.
• Strong problem-solving skills with accountability.
• Proficient in project-planning software and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and integrate work scope into the overall project plan.
• Develop, maintain, and verify project schedules and data integrity.
• Create dashboards and progress reports for status updates.
• Analyze schedule variance, adjust baselines, and monitor KPIs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and subcontractors.
