Job description

POSITION SUMMARY

The Site Administrator presents a positive and professional image of Strike to all clients, suppliers, associates, callers, and office visitors. Administrators maintain an appropriate level of confidentiality in all interactions.

PROJECT DETAILS

  • Site is the DOW Chemical Plant in Fort Saskatchewan
  • Schedule: 5/2 Mon-Friday
  • 10-hour days, Monday-Thursday; 8-hour day on Friday

CORE ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • General Administration/Communication: Represent Strike in person, on the phone, and through electronic communications
  • Payroll: Create detailed on-site time tickets to be approved and signed by supervisor and client
  • Document Control: Control and distribute incoming and outgoing documentation continuously throughout the project

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years of administrative experience is an asset
  • Experience with document control
  • Experience within the oilfield and/or construction industry is considered an asset
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel
