Job summary

Seymour Pacific Developments Ltd. is seeking a Site Administrator - Shipper/Receiver for our multifamily site in Saskatoon, SK. This role ensures efficient administrative support and handles shipping/receiving duties, counting materials, and reporting to keep construction on schedule.

Two years' admin experience, strong MS Office skills, and familiarity with construction management software are required. The position is indoors/outdoors, with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years' experience in an administrator role.
• Proficient with MS Office and construction-related software.
• Strong organizational and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support for the construction site.
• Enter timecards and facilitate payroll approvals.
• Set priorities to maintain smooth operations and meet deadlines.
• Act as first point of contact at the site for employees and visitors.
• Coordinate with Head Office on paper flow (purchasing, payroll, AP, HR).
• Assist with onboarding and ensure HR documentation is received.
• Prepare and distribute reports (fuel tracking, meeting minutes, inspections).
• Manage packing slips and delivery planning for long-lead items.
• Count materials, note damages, and maintain inventory records.
• Prepare shipping/receiving documents and track purchases.
