Job summary

Seymour Pacific Developments Ltd. seeks a Site Administrator - Shipper/Receiver for a multifamily site in Saskatoon, SK. The role coordinates all site administration and acts as the shipping/receiving point for materials, indoors and outdoors in all weather.

The position requires at least two years of admin experience, exceptional MS Office skills, and familiarity with construction management software or ERP to support payroll, purchasing, and HR workflows.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years’ experience in an administrator role.
• Exceptional proficiency in MS Office Suite.
• Experience with construction management software or ERP.
• Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support for the construction site.
• Enter timecards electronically and coordinate payroll approvals.
• Prioritize administrative tasks to meet deadlines.
• Serve as first point of contact at the site for staff and visitors.
• Coordinate with Head Office on paper-flow (purchasing, payroll, accounts payable, HR).
• Assist with onboarding and ensure HR receives documentation.
• Prepare reports and distribute to internal/external parties (fuel tracking, minutes, inspections).
• Receive and organize purchase orders/packing slips.
• Plan long-lead deliveries according to the construction schedule.
• Count materials and note damages or shortages.
• Follow purchasing procedures and track materials.
• Manage site inventory and waste.
• Prepare shipping and receiving documents.
