Job summary

Infra Pipes is seeking a Shipper/Receiver in Saskatoon to load and unload trailers, prepare shipments, and maintain organized inventory in a manufacturing setting. You will operate forklifts, assist with inventory counts, and support LEAN/5S initiatives while ensuring safety and efficiency.

Qualifications include 3–5 years in manufacturing, forklift experience with heavy equipment, a valid driver’s license, and proficiency with MS Office. This role is on-site with potential for occasional travel.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Proven forklift experience with 20,000–30,000 lb equipment.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Familiarity with 5S and Lean Manufacturing practices.
• Proficiency in MS Office and standard computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Sort, package, and load products onto flatbed trucks following safety protocols.
• Prepare shipments by pulling, assembling, palletizing, stretch-wrapping, packaging, and labeling.
• Verify shipments by inspecting and counting to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.
• Place inventory in designated storage locations and maintain organized stock area.
• Deliver materials to various plant areas and move pipe to yard storage as needed.
• Safely operate forklifts and cranes per safety policies.
• Participate in periodic inventory counts within shipping.
• Support LEAN and 5S initiatives and safety training.
