CAE Inc. in Toronto, ON, is seeking a Simulator Technician I within the Technical Services department to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on CAE and non-CAE flight simulators at the CAE Training Center.
You will work on site, in field or lab, perform diagnostic tasks, and record activities in the maintenance management system while participating in training and customer support activities. The role requires a 2-year technical degree or equivalent experience and fluency in English.
As part of the Technical Services department within CAE’s Civil Training and Services division, you will perform all preventative and corrective maintenance tasks on several CAE and non-CAE flight simulators and associated devices at the CAE Training Center in Toronto, ON.
Description In this role, the Simulator Technician I will be expected to perform routine technical tasks on site, in field or laboratory. Receive training in the various phases of laboratory, office, plant or field technical work.
Working conditions: Ability to sit, stand and walk for prolonged periods of time up to 8-10 hours per day. Ability to pick up 25 lbs or more. Stooping, squatting may be required. Able to repair equipment in various spaces.
Pay rate range: $24.50 - $28.00 per hour.
