Job summary

Qualcomm Canada ULC in Ottawa seeks an ASIC Engineer to define, model, design (digital and/or analog), optimize, verify, validate, implement, and document IP development for high-performance devices.

You will join the High-Speed Interfaces Silicon Validation team, working in a lab environment with state-of-the-art tools and collaborating across design and application groups to deliver robust silicon solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field with 2+ years ASIC experience or Master's with 1+ year, or PhD.
• Experience in ASIC design, verification, or validation in lab environments.
• Knowledge of SerDes testing and high-speed interfaces is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define, model, and design IP/SoC blocks for high-speed networks.
• Verify, validate, implement, and document ASIC IP development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive silicon projects.
