Job summary

Gelderman Landscape Services Limited in Ontario is seeking a Sidewalks Shoveler for the winter season. The role focuses on hand-shoveling, hand-salting, and operating snow-blowers to clear sidewalks and entrances for client properties.

This full-time, year-round position offers overtime after 44 hours, opportunities for growth, and a collaborative team environment. Candidates must be able to lift 15–30 kg, have reliable transportation, and be available for on-call shifts, including nights.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in the snow clearing industry an asset.
• On-call availability including nights/ overnights
• Ability to lift 15 – 30 kg, as well as to perform physically-demanding tasks
• Own transportation

We are seeking a labourer for our winter sidewalks team. This role is responsible for hand-shoveling, hand-salting, use of snow-blowers and other equipment to clear sidewalks and entrances of client properties. If you enjoy working outdoors and having variable shifts, we would like to hear from you.
