Kleysen Group Ltd. in Edmonton is seeking reliable, safety-minded individuals to join our Edmonton Distribution Centre as a full-time permanent Shunter. The role involves shunting tractors and trailing equipment, with on-the-job training provided in a yard environment.

Shifts are 11.5 hours (6:00 AM–5:30 PM), day rotations 5 on 4 off / 4 on 5 off. Outdoor work in all weather, with indoor facilities for breaks and changing. Training will develop your skills for a successful career in this role.

Qualifications

• Safety-first approach and reliable transportation to and from work
• Good physical condition, able to lift 50lbs
• Willingness to work overtime and attend all shifts on time
• Class 1 driving experience is an asset and beneficial for the role
• Pre-employment drug test and safety policy compliance required

Responsibilities

• Shunt and reposition tractors and trailing equipment
• Training will be provided on other yard roles to assist during shifts
• Outdoor work in all weather conditions; access to indoor change rooms and facilities
