Job summary

Small Space Plus is a leading space optimization furniture retailer in the GTA, specializing in Murphy beds, custom cabinetry, storage solutions, sofa beds, and multifunctional furniture. We are seeking a full-time team member to play a key role in the showroom’s day-to-day operations and customer experience.

This role combines sales with showroom operations, requiring excellent communication, organization, and a hands-on approach.

Qualifications

• Previous furniture sales, interior design, retail management, or consultative sales experience.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
• A positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed.
• Basic computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Sell furniture solutions by consulting with customers and closing sales.
• Prepare quotations and follow up with leads and existing customers.
• Coordinate customer deliveries and pickups; handle showroom operations.
