Responsibilities

  • Develop skills by troubleshooting electrical systems and installing avionics under supervision of senior technicians.

  • Maintain a clean, safe work environment at all times.
  • Assist with related tasks as directed by management.

SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develop your skills by troubleshooting electrical systems/components, as well as installing, modifying, and repairing avionics on aircraft, as requested by the client, with the support of experienced Avionics Technicians;
  • Interact and work jointly with personnel from other trades, management members, and client representatives during the execution of work to meet project directives;
  • Participate in training courses as assigned;
  • Maintain and ensure a clean and safe work environment at all times;
  • Assist in any other related tasks as assigned by management.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
  • Working towards becoming an Avionics Technician;
  • Previous related experience is an asset;
  • Good organizational skills and ability to work under pressure;
  • Detail-oriented;
  • Have a positive attitude;
  • Good teamwork skills;
  • Good communication skills.
EDUCATION:
  • Confirmed enrollment in a recognized avionics program, or equivalent, is a minimum requirement.
