Job summary

Precision Well Servicing is seeking a Shop Foreman to lead the Red Deer shop. You will plan daily operations, supervise mechanics, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance while developing staff and maintaining equipment readiness.

The role combines hands-on mechanical duties with supervisory responsibilities, including inventory control, dispatch, and coordinating with management to meet project timelines and safety standards.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in the oilfield service rig industry.
• 10+ years as a Journeyman Heavy Equipment Technician.
• 3+ years supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and control shop operations.
• Supervise and develop staff; provide guidance to management.
• Ensure PPE, safety procedures, and regulatory compliance.
• Manage parts inventories and ordering.
• Dispatch staff to field and manage on-call rotation.
• Maintain equipment readiness and CVIP license.
• Conduct weekly shop inspections.
