Northrok Construction Ltd. is seeking an energetic Shop Foreman/woman to lead maintenance operations for Heavy Trucks & Trailers at our Carrot River, SK shop. You will oversee daily shop activities, coordinate repairs, and ensure equipment runs at peak performance while upholding safety standards.

Ideal candidates bring hands-on mechanical expertise, strong leadership, and the ability to manage a team, coordinate with project managers, and maintain thorough repair records.

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining/heavy trucks and trailers.
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to manage a shop team.
• Strong mechanical knowledge: welding, electrical, hydraulics, pneumatics.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the shop team to ensure maintenance, repairs, and inspections of heavy trucks & trailers.
• Coordinate with project managers to prioritize equipment needs and schedule repairs efficiently.
• Perform troubleshooting using schematics and manuals for mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Conduct welding, assembly, and routine mechanical work using hand tools and power tools.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, parts inventory, and repair logs.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and promote safety culture.
