Job summary

Tri-Wave Construction Ltd. is seeking a Heavy Duty Shop Foreman to lead maintenance operations, set repair priorities, and serve as the central communication hub for our mechanics and field crews.

This full-time, permanent role requires a Red Seal Truck Transport or Heavy Equipment Technician certification and a valid Class 5 license, with the ability to evaluate breakdown urgency and coordinate between field personnel and shop technicians.

Qualifications

• Red Seal Truck Transport or Heavy Equipment Technician required.
• Valid Class 5 driver's license.
• Ability to evaluate breakdown urgency and adapt shop workflows.
• Strong communication between field personnel and shop technicians.
• Mechanic knowledge is an asset.

We are looking to hire a Heavy Duty Shop Foreman to lead our maintenance operations, manage daily repair priorities, and serve as the central communication hub for our mechanics and field crews.
