Job summary

Mazergroup, a family of machinery dealerships across Manitoba and Southern Saskatchewan, is seeking a Shop Foreman to lead the Service Department's daily operations, provide technical leadership, and support technicians.

You will coordinate shop workflow, assist with diagnostics and repairs, promote quality control, and work closely with the Parts Department and Service leadership to maximize productivity and deliver exceptional customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Red Seal Journeyperson certification or equivalent combination of technical training and experience.
• Previous Shop Foreman, Lead Technician, or other leadership experience in a service environment
• Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and mechanical problem-solving abilities
• Proven ability to coach, mentor, and support the development of technicians and apprentices
• Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
• Comfortable using computer systems and technology to support service operations
• A valid driver's licence with a clean driver's abstract is required
• Awareness of company Health and Safety guidelines and actively support and promote safety initiatives

Collaboration is essential in this role, as you'll work closely with technicians, customers, the Parts Department, and Service leadership to maximize productivity, deliver high-quality repairs, support technician development, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.

Monday to Friday 8:00AM to 5:00PM (one hour lunch break) Weekends and on call as required
