Job summary

Mazergroup in Manitoba is seeking a Service Technician to assemble, diagnose, maintain, and repair customer-owned equipment and dealership inventory. You will work closely with Parts and Sales to maximize customer satisfaction and service opportunities.

Eligible candidates are Journeypersons in AET or HD, or apprentices in progress; you bring a strong mechanical skill set, safety awareness, and good communication.

Qualifications

• Must have journeyperson in AET/HD or pursuing apprenticeship.
• High mechanical and technical competence.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, diagnose, maintain, and repair customer-owned equipment and dealership inventory.

WHAT WILL YOU BRING TO US? Join our team as a Service Technician and play a key role in delivering outstanding service to our customers. You will be responsible for the assembly, diagnosis, maintenance, and repair of customer-owned equipment and dealership inventory. Collaboration is essential in this role, as you'll work alongside our Parts and Sales departments to help maximize customer satisfaction and support parts and service opportunities.

• Journeyperson in AET or HD, or currently pursuing an apprenticeship in AET or HD
• Experience in Agriculture, Heavy Duty, Truck and Transport and/or Automotive industries
• Experience working on New Holland agriculture equipment is an asset
• High level of mechanical and technical competence
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• A valid driver’s license is required
• Physical ability to lift/push/pull a minimum of 50lbs
• Ability to work both indoors and outdoors, with a tolerance for fumes and odors
• Willingness to obtain a Forklift Operations Safety Certificate
• Awareness of company Health and Safety guidelines and actively support and promote safety initiatives
