  • Collaborate with the Parts Department to ensure necessary parts are available for scheduled repairs.

  • Support Service Management in achieving departmental goals and customer satisfaction objectives.

The Shop Dispatcher is responsible for the efficient distribution of repair and maintenance work among technicians to maximize shop productivity, meet vehicle delivery commitments, and ensure customer satisfaction. This role serves as a key liaison between Service Advisors, Technicians, Parts Personnel, and Service Management.

Position Objective

To ensure an efficient flow of work throughout the service shop, maximizing technician productivity, minimizing vehicle turnaround times, and providing an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
