Job summary

Challenger is seeking US Based Owner Operator TEAM DRIVERS with valid FAST cards to operate out of Ontario (Woodstock or Cambridge). Premiums for OOs with multiple units, tolls and transponders covered, and access to shop facilities are included.

Ideal candidates have a valid FAST card, US cross-border capability, and 1 year of verifiable CV driving experience. Trucks should be no older than 7 years, with insurance and group benefits options available.

Qualifications

• Valid FAST Card required.
• Minimum 21 years of age.
• Ability to cross into the USA.
• One year of verifiable commercial vehicle driving experience.
• Maximum three demerit points (preferred).
• Zero CVOR convictions or out-of-service events (preferred).
• Criminal record search (no offences under Criminal Code of Canada).
• Valid Class AZ or Class 1 driver’s licence.
• Trucks must not be older than 7 years from the current calendar year.

Responsibilities

• Operate owner-operator trucks on dedicated automotive runs or open board.
• Coordinate with dispatch to manage cross-border routes.
• Maintain compliance with cross-border and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with a team and uphold award-winning service standards.

What you need to be successful in the role:
