The primary role of the Golf Shop Attendant is to provide customer service within the golf boutique. Reporting to the Golf Director, the attendant is responsible for the following tasks:

• Opening and closing the golf shop
• Handling routine payment transactions:
  • Verifying and balancing the cash register at the beginning and end of each shift
  • Processing sales and issuing invoices
  • Completing the daily deposit
  • Compiling daily sales statistics
• Taking tee time reservations
• Managing customer check-ins:
  • Welcoming clients and responding to inquiries
  • Completing the necessary documentation
• Promoting and selling the hotel’s products and services:
  • Having a thorough knowledge and understanding of all services offered by the establishment
• Performing any other related duties as required

Requirements

• Experience in retail sales (handling transactions and operating a cash register)
• Positive attitude and strong motivation to provide excellent customer service
• Bilingual (French and English), both spoken and written
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask efficiently, and maintain a high level of professionalism
• Availability to work on weekends

Languages

Bilingualism (French-English) is required in this position, as we serve international clients.
