Salary: Between $55,000 and $60,000 per year

Under the supervision of the Director of Sales and Marketing, the Sales Representative plays a key role in business development, account management, and achieving sales objectives while delivering an exceptional client experience.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development

• Identify and prospect new corporate clients, group business, and event opportunities
• Conduct solicitation calls and ensure proper client follow‑ups
• Participate in sales presentations and networking activities
• Contribute to sales development strategies
• Maintain an up‑to‑date portfolio of prospects and opportunities

Client Relationship Management

• Maintain and follow up with existing clients
• Respond to client inquiries and meet customer needs
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
• Foster client loyalty through regular follow‑ups
• Document interactions in the CRM system

Sales and Negotiation

• Prepare business proposals and quotations
• Participate in the full sales cycle
• Promote the hotel’s services and facilities
• Develop upselling and cross‑selling opportunities

Coordination And Client Experience

• Collaborate with reservations, events, and operations teams
• Ensure effective communication of client information
• Assist in resolving issues and monitoring client satisfaction

Performance Monitoring

• Track sales activities and results
• Update the sales pipeline and CRM data
• Participate in sales reporting and performance analysis
• Contribute to achieving individual and team objectives

Profile We Are Looking For

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, customer service, or business development
• Experience in hospitality or tourism (an asset)
• Education in administration, tourism, hospitality, or a related field (an asset)
• Proficiency in French and good knowledge of English
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM tools
