We're seeking a Shipping Supervisor who can lead with urgency, hold team members accountable, and consistently meet tight deadlines in a high-volume, unionized setting.

Location: Barrie area - Manufacturing Facility

Schedule: Days - Monday to Friday - 7:00 am to 3:00 pm

Salary: $68,000 - $75,000 based on experience

Benefits: Full Benefits and Pension

Responsibilities

What You'll Do:

• Lead and supervise a team of 10+ shipping associates to meet daily targets and service levels
• Manage schedules and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines without compromising quality
• Enforce accountability, drive productivity, and uphold high standards
• Use Oracle or similar WMS to track inventory, shipments, and workflow
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve processes
• Maintain safety compliance and a clean, organized shipping area

Qualifications

What We're Looking For:

• 3+ years supervisory experience in shipping, logistics, or warehousing (union environment preferred)
• Proven ability to meet or exceed KPIs and deadlines
• Strong leadership with a proactive, decisive approach
• Proficiency in Oracle or similar systems
• Excellent communication and time management skills
