Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

• Accurate handling of packages and records.

Responsibilities

• Prepare courier packages, coordinate pick-ups and deliveries, confirm receipt with stakeholders, and resolve shipping issues promptly.
• Process and validate documentation for outgoing packages, including international shipments, and provide guidance on shipping requirements.
• Enter Bills of Lading and maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing packages (internal and external).
• Create detailed reports on shipping data and support delivery coordination for employee packages.
• Process and record requests for recycled items, manage material handling tasks, and maintain shipping supply inventory.
• Provide backup support to mailroom duties, receive Royal Mail, and forward correspondence to appropriate departments.
