Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse/shipping experience preferred.
• Experience operating forklifts and pallet jacks is an asset.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling orders and inventories.
• Proficient with ERP/inventory systems (e.g., Rootstock) and Microsoft Excel.
• Effective verbal and written communication; able to work independently or in a team.
• Ability to stand/walk for long periods and lift 5–25 lbs.
• Ability to safely operate material handling equipment.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick, pack, label, and prepare products for shipment.
• Verify quantities, lot information, and order details against POs and SOs.
• Ensure outbound shipments are securely packaged and compliant with requirements.
• Prepare shipping documentation: labels, packing slips, and Bills of Lading.
