Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age with a high school diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Remarkable attention to detail as it relates to packaging and labelling, inventory management and quality control.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Exhibit a high level of flexibility and adaptability.
• Respect for Health & Safety procedures and protocols and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment for colleagues.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Support the Pharmacy team with packaging and labeling of prescriptions.
• Keep record of all shipping supplies and promotional materials.
• Provide tracking updates to users and manage returned packages.
• Maintain a communication bridge with the customer service team.
• Other administrative and clerical work as required.
