Job summary

Westlake Pipe & Fittings in Vaughan, Canada, is seeking a hands-on Logistics/Operations Coordinator to manage daily product movements with sales and customers. Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily movements of product with sales and customers.
• Coordinate with warehouse for orders with fittings.
• Generate required paperwork (Bill of Lading, customs paperwork, pro forma).
• Pre-call customers before shipment as required.
• Data entry in JDE & DSI.
• Handle pickups.
• Conduct training of other employees as assigned.
• Emails and phone calls to customer service.
• Research PO issues and implement corrections.
• Track POD and participate in monthly/year-end inventory processes.
