Job summary

Norseman Inc. in Newmarket is seeking a Shipper/Receiver to handle loading/unloading, packing, and clerical duties for shipping and receiving. You will manage inventory flow in the warehouse, prepare documents, and ensure accurate records while supporting production with raw materials.

The role requires forklift experience, ERP skills, and strong attention to detail. Expect a Monday–Friday schedule in a manufacturing warehouse with safety gear and standard workplace practices in place.

Qualifications

• 2+ years shipping and receiving experience in a warehouse.
• 2+ years experience driving various forklifts.
• ERP system experience is required.
• Proficient with MS Office.
• Clear verbal and written communication.
• Knowledge of standard warehouse practices and procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy with numbers.
• Ability to multi-task in a high-pressure environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.

Responsibilities

• Inspect incoming goods against packing slips, invoices and PO. Record shortages and report damages.
• Pick outgoing orders, verify counts, and prepare shipments with labels and documents.
• Operate reach trucks, forklifts, pallet jacks and move inventory safely.
• Supply raw materials to production and manage movements within warehouse.
• Enter shipping/receiving data in AX ERP and maintain logs/reports.
