Job summary

US Tech Solutions in Calgary is seeking a Warehouse Shipping/Receiving associate for a 12-month contract. You will pick orders, label shipments for Purolator, and handle daily office package processing. End-of-day packing slips go to accounting, and you will prepare international shipment documents and tracking.

Experience in warehouse roles, ability to lift 50 lbs, Excel/Word familiarity, and forklift certification are valued. Shift is 8:00 AM–5:00 PM MST on-site in Calgary, Alberta.

• Ship daily office documentation and packages.
• At end of each day, send all packing slips to accounting.
• Prepare all international shipments documentation.
• Provide shipment tracking as requested.
• File shipping damaged claims and follow-ups.
• Prepare adjustments to warehouse stock.
• Prepare RMA’s to be shipped for repairs.
• Process all transfers for Western Canada.
• Process daily repaired parts transfers for repair centers.
• Transfer defective live inventory to repair.
• Maintain ATM and parts inventory organization.
• Process ATM credits notes as required.
• Ensure proper documentation is kept on file.
• Maintain prep area clean and organized.
• Participate in inventory counts.
• Pick and pack orders as required.
• Cross train in other warehouse positions.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Oracle ERP experience is an asset

• Proficient with Computer applications/ Technology in general
