Adecco Canada is seeking an experienced Shipper/Receiver with forklift experience in Mississauga, Ontario. This permanent, full-time role offers a steady Monday–Friday schedule and opportunities to contribute across shipping, receiving, and inventory tasks.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years experience in a warehouse, shipping/receiving, inventory, logistics, or operations environment.
• Demonstrated employment stability and desire to build a long‑term career with one organization.
• Forklift experience is required.
• Comfortable working in a physically demanding environment, including lifting, moving, and handling materials throughout the day.
• Strong computer skills and comfort learning and utilizing various systems and software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively as part of a small team.
• Self‑motivated, accountable, and willing to seek and accept feedback constructively.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to assist wherever needed.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments
• Load, unload, and move materials using forklifts and other warehouse equipment
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with inventory counts
• Process documentation related to shipping, receiving, and inventory transactions
• Work closely with the Manager to help ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations
• Assist with various operational and warehouse‑related projects as required
• Construct and build out products as required; training will be provided
• Communicate via email and phone with internal stakeholders for clear and transparent information
• Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment
• Support general warehouse organization and continuous improvement initiatives
• Identify opportunities for improvement and take initiative to solve problems

About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced, hands‑on, detail‑oriented Shipper/Receiver with forklift experience to join a small and established organization in Mississauga, ON.
