We have an exciting opportunity for a Shipper Receiver at our Edmonton East location.

What You Will Do:

• Accurately receive incoming products and match quantities to shipping documents
• Prepare shipping documents for outbound products
• Package, label, and ship customer orders, verifying accuracy prior to shipping
• Inspect stock items for wear or defects and report damages or shortages
• Replenish inventory in designated warehouse bins
• Uphold FGI Customer Service Standards and Core Values
• Ensure safety procedures are followed during all duties
• Secure cargo to vehicles using manual or forklift methods
• Perform other duties as assigned

What We Require:

• Minimum 1 year of warehouse, shipping, and receiving experience, including use of RF scanners or barcode guns
• Ability to meet physical requirements: lift up to 75-100 lbs, stand and walk frequently, read small print and numbers
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn in-house systems
• Heavy-duty parts knowledge or background is an asset
• Experience with RF scanners is an asset
