Position: Shipper-Receiver
Reporting to the Parts Manager, you'll ensure efficient service, maintain up-to-date inventory, respond to internal customer requests, and play a vital role in providing fast and efficient service, tracking inventory, and optimizing the distribution of received equipment.
Main Responsibilities
- Coordinate rental and replacement requests.
- Manage courtesy requests, allocate contracts, oversee tool rental, and handle demos.
- Support P21 order resolutions, collaborate for approvals, and acquire proof of insurance.
- Facilitate pre-delivery calls, ensure system updates, and archive documents.
- Assign and transfer equipment, prioritize preparation for rental requests, and monitor statuses.
- Process daily cyclical and end-of-lease billing, manage returns, and renew Certificates of Insurance.
- Communicate with owners and tenants, prepare sublease agreements, and collect necessary information.
- Diligently monitor portals and conduct checks for customer account information.
- Identify transport orders, grant carrier requests, and create Freight Purchase Orders.
- Review and authorize carrier invoices, coordinate deliveries with customers.
- Manage transportation from Toronto to Quebec and within the dealer network.
Experience and Desired Skills
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Good knowledge of industrial parts.
- Experience in the industrial equipment or machinery sector is an asset.
- Proficiency in Office suite and ERP systems is an asset.
