Job summary

Metalworks Canada Ltd in Calgary is seeking a full-time shipper/receiver for a fast-paced light fabrication shop. Hours are Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm, with weekends and statutory holidays off. Starting wage is CAD 22.00/hour with a 3-month review and benefits after probation.

You must be a reliable team player, detail-oriented, able to lift 50 lbs, and work in varying weather. Steel-toed shoes required; forklift license is an asset and training is provided if needed.

Are you looking to work for a great company? Then look no further! We are currently looking for a full-time shipper/receiver in our very fast-paced light fabrication shop to start immediately.

You MUST be a good team player with a positive and friendly attitude. You absolutely MUST be able to pay attention to many small details, take direction from your Supervisor, and be willing "to do what it takes" to get the job done.

Hours are Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm with weekends and Statutory Holidays off and we are always closed between Christmas and New Years yearly.

Starting wage is $22.00 per hour with a review after 3 months. We also have a 3rd party benefits package after your 3-month probation period is over.

You must be able to lift at least 50lbs throughout the day and be able to work in various weather conditions when unloading/loading.

You MUST have steel-toed work shoes. A forklift license and WHMIS would be a huge asset, but we will train you if needed.
