Job summary

Roofmart, Canada’s national distributor for exterior building supply, is seeking a Shipper and Receiver. The role focuses on safely loading/unloading, shipping, and receiving products, with emphasis on order accuracy and health and safety compliance.

Join a team across Canada’s locations, contributing to efficient operations and customer service. Prior shipping/receiving experience is preferred, and a forklift license is required (training available).

Qualifications

• Must have a valid forklift license (training can be provided).
• Ability to lift, push and carry 80-100 lbs.
• Previous shipping and receiving experience preferred.
• Customer service skills are important.
• Previous warehouse and forklift experience is preferred.
• Authorized to work in Canada.

Responsibilities

• Safely loading, unloading, moving, shipping, and receiving product.
• Ensuring orders are picked correctly, tagged, and double checked.
• Assisting as required with tapered insulation fabrication.
• Assisting as required with metal shop operations.
• Complying with all health and safety rules, regulations, and legislation.
• Other duties as required.

Job Summary: Responsible for the safe loading, unloading, movement, shipping, and receiving of products. Ensures order accuracy through correct picking, tagging, and verification. Maintains compliance with all health and safety regulations and supports additional operational tasks as required.
