Job summary

Roofmart is hiring a Shipper and Receiver to safely load, unload, move, ship, and receive products at our Surrey distribution facility. You will ensure accurate picking, tagging, and verification while upholding health and safety standards and supporting related operational tasks.

The ideal candidate has a forklift license (training can be provided), the ability to lift 80-100lbs, and prior shipping/receiving experience, with preference for warehouse and forklift background and legal work status

Qualifications

• Valid Forklift license (training can be provided).
• Ability to lift, push and carry 80-100lbs.
• Previous Shipping and Receiving Experience.
• Customer service skills.
• Previous Warehouse and Forklift Experience - Preferred.
• Authorized to work in Canada.

Responsibilities

• Safely loading, unloading, moving, shipping, and receiving product.
• Ensuring orders are picked correctly, tagged, and double checked.
• Assisting as required with tapered insulation fabrication.
• Assisting as required with metal shop operations.
• Complying with all health and safety rules, regulations, and legislation.
• Other duties as required

Job Summary:

Responsible for the safe loading, unloading, movement, shipping, and receiving of products. Ensures order accuracy through correct picking, tagging, and verification. Maintains compliance with all health and safety regulations and supports additional operational tasks as required.

$23-25/hr
