Job summary

Roofmart, Canada's national distributor for exterior building supply, is seeking a Shipper and Receiver. The role focuses on safe loading/unloading, accurate order picking, tagging, and verification while supporting insulation fabrication and metal shop tasks.

Candidates should hold a valid forklift license, be able to lift 80–100 lbs, have shipping/receiving experience, and be eligible to work in Canada. Health and safety compliance is emphasized in a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Valid forklift license (training can be provided).
• Ability to lift, push and carry 80-100 lbs.
• Previous shipping and receiving experience.
• Customer service skills.
• Authorized to work in Canada.
• Previous warehouse and forklift experience - preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely loading, unloading, moving, shipping, and receiving product.
• Ensuring orders are picked correctly, tagged, and double checked.
• Assisting as required with tapered insulation fabrication.
• Assisting as required with metal shop operations.
• Complying with all health and safety rules, regulations, and legislation.
• Other duties as required.
