enCompass Community Safety Agency is seeking a dedicated Shift Worker for a Community Residential Facility in Edmonton. The role supports high-risk adults transitioning from incarceration to community living, delivering client-centered services and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
The position requires evening, weekend, and overnight shifts. Applicants should have a related degree or diploma, clear checks, First Aid/CPR, and strong communication skills.

101 Street Apartments is a Community Residential Facility (CRF) funded by the Correctional Service of Canada (CSC) and operated by enCompass Community Safety Agency. The CRF works with high risk adults who were assigned male at birth, with various psychiatric disorders and physical disabilities, who are on release in the community, under the authority of Parole Board Canada. Our goal is to assist and support clients in their transition from incarceration to community living. Shift Workers are an important part of the multidisciplinary treatment team and contributes knowledge, expertise, and experience to the successful treatment of a high-risk, high need client base.
