As a Starbucks Shift Supervisor, you will assist the store manager in executing store operations during scheduled shifts. You will lead a team, delegate tasks, and ensure the delivery of the Starbucks Experience by providing legendary customer service, prompt service, quality beverages and products, and maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment. You will model and act in accordance with Starbucks guiding principles, contributing to a positive work culture and customer satisfaction.

Summary Of Key Responsibilities

• Promote the culture, values, and mission of Starbucks with integrity and honesty.
• Maintain composure during high volume or unusual events to keep the store operational and set a positive example.
• Evaluate the environment and customer cues to anticipate needs.
• Communicate effectively with the team and manager to create a welcoming environment during each shift.
• Assist with training new partners and provide respectful coaching and feedback.
• Report on partner performance and morale to the store manager.
• Create a positive team environment through recognition and motivational strategies.
• Ensure operational excellence by executing store procedures, including opening and closing duties.
• Follow all safety, security, and cash handling policies to ensure partner safety and proper cash management.
• Maintain consistent quality in beverages, food, and service, adhering to all standards and guidelines.

• Utilize operational tools effectively during shifts.
