Job summary

Compass Group Canada seeks a Restaurant Supervisor in Sarnia to oversee daily restaurant operations during the assigned shift, supervise staff, and ensure service excellence.

You will recruit, train, and coach restaurant staff, monitor inventory and costs, and ensure health and safety compliance. The hourly wage rate for this position is $22. Final compensation will be determined based on relevant skills, experience, qualifications, and internal equity.
