Job summary

COMPASS GROUP CANADA is seeking a reliable Kitchen Supervisor to oversee daily kitchen operations, supervise staff, and ensure high-quality food preparation and service in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes food safety, inventory monitoring, scheduling, and collaboration with management to uphold standards. Candidates should have prior supervisory experience in commercial kitchens and be flexible for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a supervisory role within a commercial kitchen.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.

  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • RAIC certification will be required as a condition of employment.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Kitchen Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will oversee daily kitchen operations, supervise kitchen staff, maintain food safety standards, and ensure high-quality food preparation and service.

Final compensation will be determined based on relevant skills, experience, qualifications, and internal equity.
