Job summary

Crazy Carrot in Downtown Toronto is hiring a Shift Supervisor to lead the floor, manage the kitchen and counter, and set the pace during rushes at our brand-new location.

You will keep both sides of the house running smoothly, coach teammates, ensure recipe and food safety standards, and uphold guest‑first service.

This on‑site role requires flexibility for early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays, with a pay range of $19.00–$20.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a fast‑paced restaurant environment.
• Ability to manage a shift and coach team in real time.
• Strong communication and guest‑service focus.
• Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Experience with cash handling and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute store operations across kitchen and counter during shifts.
• Deploy staff, adjust staffing levels as needed for service flow.
• Provide hands‑on customer service and resolve guest concerns.
• Coach team members and support training and onboarding.
