Job summary

Securitas is seeking an experienced Shift Security Supervisor to join our Milton, Ontario team. The role oversees frontline guards, responds to incidents, and supports site safety programs under the client’s CEMP framework.

A valid G driver's license and reliable transportation are required. You will coordinate scheduling, investigations, and liaise with law enforcement, fire services, EMS, tenants, and mall management, ensuring compliance with Securitas procedures and mall protocols while

Qualifications

• Security Supervisor experience (2 yrs minimum).
• Experience scheduling guards would be preferred.
• Must have excellent communication skills.
• Must have a reliable means of transportation.
• Full G driver's license and clean driver's abstract.
• Supervisor experience in mall environment considered asset.

Position Overview

Position: Shift Security Supervisor

Pay Rate: $ 22.70

Location: Milton, Ontario

Stift timings: Friday to Tuesday (1300 to 2100)

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Supervise and support a team of frontline Security Guards.
