Job summary

McCain Foods in Florenceville-Bristol, NB is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead production for Pizza Pocket or Dessert Processing and Packaging. You will drive safety, quality, engagement, and continuous improvement while achieving production targets and regulatory compliance.

You will manage daily activities, develop teams, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, and support change management to drive operational excellence. Hybrid work option available.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in a continuous food processing environment.
• Minimum 3 years of leadership in plant operations.
• Post-secondary diploma/degree in relevant field is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct leadership for all production functions on shift.
• Drive safety, quality, engagement, and operational results.
• Meet production targets while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Lead continuous improvement via MDIs and Lean tools.
• Plan, implement and monitor production activities to meet schedules and volumes.
• Coach and develop production teams and foster strong stakeholder partnerships.
