Job summary

Subway in Portage la Prairie, MB is seeking a Shift Manager to lead daily operations and guest experience. You will supervise staff, ensure food quality, manage inventory, and maintain a clean, functional restaurant.

You will cascade training to Sandwich Artists, schedule team members, handle POS duties, and complete required paperwork. Full-time and part-time shifts vary by location; compensation to be discussed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of restaurant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest experience and ensure food is prepared and served properly.
• Schedule and supervise staff; cascade training to Sandwich Artists.
• Maintain inventory, equipment, cleanliness, and function of the restaurant.
• Complete paperwork and assist with shift duties as needed.
