Job summary

Tim Hortons Québec in Walkerton, Ontario, is hiring Food Service Attendants and Kitchen Helpers to join our team. You will help prepare and portion food, supervise staff during busy shifts, and ensure service meets quality standards.

We value reliability, ability to meet schedules, and good customer service; candidates should have a secondary school diploma and 2–3 years of relevant experience; English is required; shifts include mornings, evenings, weekends; training and mentorship are provided.

• 2 years to less than 3 years of experience.
• English work language.

Responsibilities

• Establish methods to meet work schedules.
• Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food.
• Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation.
• Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
• Address customers' complaints or concerns.
• Prepare and submit reports.
• Supervise and check assembly of trays.
• Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys.
