Job summary

Tim Hortons Québec is seeking a Kitchen Supervisor to oversee daily operations in a busy coffee shop setting. You will establish methods to meet work schedules, supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, hire and train team members, and ensure high standards of sanitation and safety.

You will address customers' complaints, manage stock and wastage records, and coordinate deliveries.

Qualifications

• Secondary school graduation certificate.
• 2–3 years' experience in food service.
• Knowledge of the establishment's culinary genres.
